Living room

A lovely cosy and comfortable living room enjoys plenty of seating for a family of six, with a large leather sofa and two armchairs as well as a TV and DVD player.

It's an inviting space for relaxing comfortably after enjoyable days out exploring the local area. Plus, there are plenty of DVDs and family board games  spending quality family together time.

Kitchen / Diner

From the living room, there is an attractive modern and contemporary kitchen with wood effect work tops and ‘brightly coloured teal cupboards that provide everything needed for a self-catering break.

Appliances include an oven, dishwasher, microwave, 204 litre 70/30 fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster.

The dining table extends to comfortably seat 6 for leisurely breakfasts or relaxing family suppers.

From the kitchen, the back door leads out to a decked area with seating and patio furniture with a table and chairs for 6 people, which in turn leads onto the enclosed private rear garden.

Bedroom 1 - double

A pretty double bedroom, furnished with pale green pastels and quite distinctive bedroom furniture that includes pretty bedside cabinets, a chest of drawers, and decorative pegs for hanging space to create a lovely calm and relaxing space.

Bedroom 2 - twin

There is a bright and nautically themed twin-bedded room. This is quite a spacious room and includes two standard single beds, a bedside table, lamps, a chest of drawers and hanging space. A small fireplace also adds to its charm.

This is a lovely room suitable for both children and adults.

Family bathroom

On the first floor, there is a large family bathroom that includes bath with a shower attachment, a separate good-sized Electric shower, wash basin and WC.

Bedroom 3 - en-suite master

Up a short flight of stairs to the top of the house, there is a wonderful master bedroom with its own en-suite shower room.

A  bright and spacious room, with plenty of natural light and its large windows offer the most stunning estuary and coastal views. A telescope has also been thoughtfully provided for its guests.

Again, it has been nautically themed with its furnishings and includes a standard double bed and chest of drawers.

The en-suite has a good sized walk-in shower, wash basin and WC

Garden & parking

At the rear of the property is a private fully enclosed garden, a great space for both children and dogs to play safely and enjoy relaxing ‘al-fresco’ style.

There is also a private off road parking for up to two cars at the end of the garden, and guests can quickly access the property through the bottom gate. Additional on-street parking is available at the front of the property.
